As a professional and responsible childminder, I am committed to providing every child in my care with a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where they feel valued and well looked after.
My setting in Ingleby Barwick is always filled with a variety of engaging resources and creative ideas, allowing children to play freely, express themselves, and explore their imagination. Here, they are encouraged to create whatever they dream and become whoever they aspire to be.
I always strive to support children in achieving their individual goals—whether in their physical, emotional, or intellectual development. I strongly believe in the power of play as a vital part of early learning. Through active, challenging, and imaginative play, children discover their strengths and build new skills with confidence.
As a caring, loving, and responsible individual, I approach the world with optimism, enthusiasm, and joy—values I aim to pass on to the children in my setting. By being a positive role model, listening to their thoughts, respecting their needs, sharing ideas, playing alongside them, and building meaningful relationships, I help children feel confident, respected, and inspired.
In my practice, I will use my best efforts so your children achieve their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements. They will do it through:
- Playing with a vast range of toys both in- and outdoors
- Having access to variety of books and resources
- Spending time in a friendly and enabling environment
- Taking part in various outings (library, playgroups, parks, playgrounds)
- Making valuable bonds with other children
I am absolutely passionate about child development. I love observing how gradually they turn from tiny and helpless babies into resourceful toddlers and children.
I find it fascinating when they are acquiring new skills, trying to resolve their little problems, becoming more imaginative, resourceful and independent.
In my work as a childminder I want to support children in their progress, provide them with varoius opportunities and contribute as much as I can into their growth.
